The trial

Every school starts with a free 60-day trial with full access. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the account stops working until a subscription starts.

The subscription

A school pays £120 a year excluding VAT: the whole school, unlimited photographs, up to five sign-ins, billed once a year. Multi-academy trusts start at £500 a year for up to five schools, with central billing and a single invoice. Nothing is metered per photograph.

Your responsibility

The tool finds most faces but will sometimes miss one — small faces in a back row are the hard case. You can draw over anyone it missed. Checking the finished photograph before you publish it is your job, and once a file is exported the blur is written into its pixels for good.

Fair use

One subscription covers one school (or the schools on a trust plan). Do not share sign-ins beyond your school. If you need more than five sign-ins, talk to us.
